Three searches yield 115 grams of meth

Three separate Ozarks Drug Enforcement Team investigation yielded a significant amount of methamphetamine seizure last week. The team, along with the Barry County Sheriff's Department and Cassville Police Department, served three search warrants at residences in Purdy, the Mineral Springs area and in Cassville on March 19.
According to a press release by commander Chad Allison, of ODET, the three investigations were separate and the cases were not related. In total, officers seized approximately 115 grams of methamphetamine along with marijuana and various prescription narcotics.
The search warrants were served at residences on Farm Road 1065 in Purdy, Farm Road 1170 in the Mineral Springs area, and on east 10th Street in Cassville.
Allison's release notes that one suspect was arrested during the search warrant execution for a felony parole violation warrant. His name has not been released at this time. The cases are still under current investigation and charges should be filed as the investigation wraps up.
