On 11-13-2015 Detectives from the Barry County Sheriff's Office served a search warrant

on Longview Ln. outside Seligman searching for stolen property and illegal drugs.

During the service of the warrant, property from several burglaries in both the Seligman

and Monett area, as well as property from one burglary in Benton County Arkansas was recovered.

One stolen car was also recovered. During the service of the search warrant, numerous boxes

were located containing military items that belonged to Spc. Christoper Stark, who was killed

in action in Afghanistan. Spc. Stark's belongings had been stolen from a storage unit in Monett

within the past two months. Spc. Stark's dog tags were found hanging from a nail inside the 

home. Arrested in connection with these crimes and charged with receiving stolen property

were Terri Jones a 48 year female from Seligman, MO and Cody Lowe a 25 year old male from Aurora, MO.  Both are currently being held in the Barry County Jail in lieu of $30,000

and $15,000 cash only bonds respectively. This investigation continues and more arrests

are probable.
