Two Arrested for Child Abuse On March 23, 2013, the Barry County Sheriff’s Office arrested two individuals for Child Abuse. 29 year old Buck Haynes of Seligman, Mo and 30 year old Carlin Cullop of Seligman Mo have both been charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child with bond set at 25,000 cash only. They are both still in the Barry County Jail. |
